The past year has been a major stepping stone for the highly-anticipated Nautique Lakefront Residences located in Burlington, Ontario, and we are thrilled to provide construction updates for this condominium community.
Excavation and shoring work was successfully completed earlier this year, and we are well underway developing underground parking. This will be the second deepest parking garage in all of Ontario, Canada, extending seven levels below the surface! Levels P7 and P6 have recently been completed and we are now working on P5 and P4, projecting to be above ground by the New Year.
By completion, Nautique Lakefront Residences will be the tallest building in Burlington, making a synchronous, ultra-modern statement in the sky as a shimmering glass tower. We are one step closer to welcoming you to your new condo overlooking Burlington's vibrant waterfront!
