As we mark the end of 2020, construction continues to progress at the Nautique Lakefront Residences, and we are thrilled to provide some updates on our premium Burlington townhomes.
Excavation and shoring work continued throughout the month of December. By the end of the year, we are working to have the sixth row of tiebacks completed, with excavation beginning on the sixth row. Tie-backs Once the sixth row has been completed, that will mark the half-way point of completion for the total excavation and shoring work; bringing us even closer to welcoming you home! Nautique has the second deepest parking garage in all of Ontario, so reaching the half-way point so quickly is an exciting accomplishment.
