As we officially closed off 2025, Realm reached an exciting milestone — we’ve entered the year our homeowners move in.
Construction progress across the community has been steady and meaningful, and what was once plans and renderings is now becoming a place you’ll soon call home. From suite finishes to shared spaces and exterior details, Realm is continuing to take shape in ways you can truly see and feel.
Inside both Building C and Building D, suite finishes are now underway from the 3rd through the 15th floors. On the ground floor and second floor, suites have reached the Quality Control Inspection (QCI) stage — an important step as homes near completion.
These milestones signal a shift from structural work to the details that define everyday living: flooring, finishes, and the spaces where routines and memories will soon unfold.
Beyond individual suites, the spaces that connect the community are progressing quickly. Hallways throughout both buildings are being boarded, taped, and painted, giving shape to the areas you’ll walk through each day.
Amenity spaces continue to advance, and elevator installation is now underway as part of ongoing mechanical penthouse work — a key component in bringing the building closer to full functionality and move-in readiness.
Building C reached several exciting milestones as 2025 came to a close. Lobby tiling has been completed, with millwork now nearing completion — bringing warmth, character, and a sense of arrival to the space that will welcome you home.
Landscaping activities are also in progress, along with continued work in the parking levels, adding to the overall functionality and polish of the community.
On the exterior, railings and cladding installation continues across both buildings, while siding installation at the mechanical penthouse level has been completed. These finishing touches are helping bring Realm’s final architectural look together and reflect the progress happening both inside and out.
Entering 2026 marks an exciting chapter for Realm homeowners. The year ahead is about move-in moments, first routines, and transforming your suite into a space that’s uniquely yours.
Every completed hallway, finished lobby detail, and progressing suite brings us one step closer to handing over keys and welcoming you home.
