It’s been another productive month for our construction team at Valera, and we’re excited to share the latest updates!
Tower A has seen suite framing fully completed up to Level 7 with work underway on Level 8. The walls are finding form too with drywall installed up to Level 5. It’s truly fascinating when framing and drywall go up and you see the floorplans come to life. Installation of interior finishes has begun! Kitchen and flooring installs are underway on Level 2.
Matching momentum, Tower B has also seen great progress this month. The windows were successfully completed on Level 4, serving as beautiful frames for the neighbourhood views, and are due to begin on Level 5. The ADI construction team is gearing up to start framing the interior hallways of the building in the coming weeks.
At the Burlington townhomes, there is continuous activity across every block. Block 1 has its roof framed and Block 2 has drywall and stucco installation in progress. Drywall and taping are underway in Block 3 while plumbing rough-ins are being outfitted in Block 4. All units in Block 5 are currently being framed and in Block 6, construction has started on the foundation walls. At Block 7, the team is installing HVAC and electrical plus getting started with stipple, trim, and railings.
As the weather thaws and spring rolls in, we are eager to keep the progress moving toward getting all units drywalled and finishes started.
