The ADI construction team is reaching new milestones at Valera every day. Both mid-rise towers and the Burlington townhomes all have exceptional progress achievements to celebrate and share with the community. The vistas along Appleby Line in Alton Village have taken beautiful shape.
At Tower A, we are nearing completion of drywall for 2nd Level units. It’s always refreshing when boarding is up – it brings newness to a suite each time. All HVAC, electrical, and plumbing rough-in work is complete through Level 3 as well. Suite framing is complete up to Level 5. Tower B follows along in harmony with its vibrant facade, and we have begun installing windows on the 2nd and 3rd Levels. Most of the concrete work is complete with the 9th Level slab now fully poured and the verticals almost complete up to Level 10.
The townhome exteriors are really exciting to see now with Blocks 3 and 7 looking spectacular with stucco installed. Much of the framing across the townhomes is either in progress or completed, and we have started with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins in many homes already. It won’t be long before we begin drywalling.
As we move into winter, we look forward to continued progress with the completion of exteriors and suite framing, and to welcoming our finishing trades onto the site in the new year.
