Great news for Adi Development Group’s future Stationwest residents… Metrolinx announced on September 20, 2018 that there will be major boosts in service to both the Lakeshore West and Lakeshore East lines starting September 24, 2018.
According to The Globe and Mail, both trains will now run more frequently outside of rush hour. Lakeshore East trains have doubled from running twice an hour to four times an hour outside of rush hour with Lakeshore West trains increasing from two times to three times an hour. This service increase means residents will be able to catch a train every 20 minutes from Aldershot Station making it much easier to plan your trip.
Stationwest is transit-oriented, master planned community that will be directly connected to Burlington’s full-service Aldershot GO station giving residents direct access to all that the Great Toronto Area has to offer. In under an hour, Stationwest residents can be shopping and dining in the heart of downtown Toronto shopping, all the while enjoying living in the idyllic community of Aldershot Village in uptown Burlington.
