We’re excited to announce that construction has started on Burlington’s most successful community, Stationwest.
Site servicing for Stationwest is nearing completion. The stacked townhomes started construction in August with underground parking nearing completion by the end of the month. Shortly afterwards, construction for the traditional and back to back townhomes will start.
Stationwest is destined to be a vital part of the Aldershot Village community, which is quickly becoming the place to shop, dine and live in Burlington. More than 250 retail and service providers are already open and many more are coming soon, making this Burlington’s fastest growing area. Once complete, the Stationwest community will consist of 233 traditional, back-to-back and stacked townhomes with pedestrian-friendly shared courtyards, a collection of 172 ultra-modern luxury boutique mid-rise condos, and a natural conservation area with an approximately one-acre public park.
