June Construction Update: More Floors, More Progress at Realm Condos
Real progress, one floor at a time.
June has been a month of major momentum at Realm Condominiums. With structural milestones being reached and interior work ramping up, both towers are quickly transforming from construction zones into future homes. Here's what’s been happening on site:
Building D Highlights
Building D has made notable strides this month, including structural and interior progress that brings us closer to move-in readiness:
The structure is now at the 16th floor, rising higher into the Burlington skyline.
Windows are fully installed up to the 7th floor, helping to seal the building and prepare for interior work.
Mechanical risers have been completed up to the 12th floor, supporting essential systems throughout the building.
Ground floor suite finishes are officially in progress, giving a first glimpse of the design taking shape inside.
Block walls from the ground to the 6th floor are complete, creating defined suite layouts.
Hallway drywall framing is actively underway on the 5th and 6th floors.
Waterproofing on the 6th floor amenity space has been completed and flashings are now in place.
Ground floor waterproofing has also begun, ensuring long-term building integrity.
Building C Highlights
Not far behind, Building C is catching up with impressive progress of its own:
The structure has now reached the 13th floor, continuing its vertical ascent.
Window installation is in progress up to the 6th floor, as enclosure continues.
Mechanical risers are now complete up to the 8th floor.
Hallway framing has been completed up to the 2nd floor and is currently underway on the 3rd and 4th floors.
On the ground floor, terrace curbs are being formed, helping to shape future outdoor spaces.
