It’s been a busy spring on site at Realm, and exciting changes are taking shape across both towers. From structural progress to the early stages of interior finishing, your future home is coming together one floor at a time. Here's what happened in April:
Building D Highlights: Starting to Take Shape Inside
Construction has reached the 10th floor, and the 9th floor is now complete
Windows are installed up to the 4th floor, helping define the look and feel of each suite
Major systems like plumbing, sprinklers, and garbage chutes are installed up to the 6th floor, keeping us on track for key building services
The ground floor walls are finished, and hallway framing is now underway — a big step toward interior finishing
Waterproofing work on the 2nd and 4th floors is nearly complete, helping protect your home from the elements
Building C Highlights: Climbing Higher Each Week
Construction crews have reached the 8th floor, with the 7th floor fully formed
Window installation has started on the 2nd floor, giving more shape to the exterior
Inside, essential systems like plumbing and sprinklers are now installed up to the 4th and 3rd floors, respectively
