Construction at Realm Condominiums continues to move full steam ahead, marking another exciting chapter in the development of Adi Development Group’s newest Burlington community. From completed structural milestones to detailed interior finishes, every update brings homeowners one step closer to calling Realm home. 

Construction Milestones: A Year of Major Progress 

This month, both Buildings C and D reached significant construction achievements that bring the vision of Realm to life: 

Building D 

• Block walls are now complete up to the 16th floor 
• Hallway drywall framing on the 15th floor has been finalized 
• Suite finishes are in progress from the Ground Floor to the 10th floor 
• Mechanical penthouse (MPH) activities and elevator installation are ongoing 

Building C 

• Structure fully completed 
• Windows installation completed throughout the building  
• Hallway framing completed on the 15th floor 
• Suite finishes are underway on the Ground Floor and 7th floor 

Site Progress 

• Road curbs have been installed across the community 
• Parking level lockers are completed 
• Parking stickpin and painting are currently in progress 

Each of these updates represents a major step toward welcoming our first homeowners and completing Realm’s thoughtfully designed spaces — both inside and out.
