Progress Continues at Realm Condominiums — September Update

Construction momentum remains strong across both towers at Realm Condominiums as we move through the fall season. The community continues to take shape in Burlington’s Alton Village, bringing us closer to realizing a vibrant, connected neighbourhood where modern living meets urban convenience.

Building D

Building D is now fully enclosed, with windows installed up to the 16th floor and interior work well underway. Mechanical systems and risers have been successfully completed, allowing suite finishes to progress from the Ground Floor to the 7th floor.
Elevator installation has also begun, marking another exciting milestone as work continues to advance throughout the tower.

Building C

Over at Building C, structural progress remains on pace with concrete pours reaching the 18th floor and window installation underway up to the 16th floor.
Hallway framing and interior finishing are making steady headway, setting the stage for the next phase of development as the tower nears its full height.

Sitewide Updates

Beyond the towers, roadwork around the site is now in motion, helping to define the future streetscape of Alton Village. These foundational efforts are shaping not just the buildings themselves, but the pedestrian-friendly, community-oriented environment that will surround them.
