May Construction Update at Realm: Building Momentum, One Floor at a Time

Spring has brought exciting progress to Realm Condominiums in Burlington’s Alton Village. As both towers continue to rise, each milestone on site brings us one step closer to welcoming homeowners into a community built with care, precision, and vision.

Here’s a closer look at the progress made this May:

Building D Highlights

• Structure completed up to the 14th floor
• Windows installed up to the 6th floor
• Mechanical risers installed to the 7th floor
• Sprinkler standpipe completed to the 6th floor
• Garbage chute installed up to the 9th floor
• Block walls completed from ground to 4th floor
• Hallway drywall framing up to the 3rd floor
• Waterproofing finished on the 2nd, 4th, and 6th floors

Building C Highlights

• Structure now at the 11th floor
• Window installation underway up to the 3rd floor
• Mechanical and sprinkler risers completed to the 6th floor
• Waterproofing finalized on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors
• Ground floor hallway construction now in progress
