Hello Team Adi!
We’re back again with another exciting update on the progression of construction on Link, our 297-suite boutique condominium community located at Dundas Street West and Sutton Drive in Burlington.
Our amazing trade partners have been working hard on site and they have made some serious progress this month!
Excavation is complete, and the underground parking garage has been poured. With the first floor concrete slab in place, we are officially out of the ground – which is a huge construction milestone! The second floor is in the works, and we expect to pour the third floor next week.
In addition to building up, work continues on back filling the perimeter of Phase 1 so that work on the sidewalks, roads and landscaping can begin.
For more information about our award-winning Link project, please visit our Presentation Centre located at 5210 Dundas Street. We are open Monday to Thursday from 2:00 to 7:00 pm, Friday and holidays by appointment, and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 5:00 pm.
