Our LINK community has reached 2 major milestones in the month of January; we officially have power and gas on the entire site! This will heat the buildings and get the mechanical and electrical equipment commissioned.
At Link 1, the Natura building windows are fully installed up to the 6th floor. The retail windows are complete and the doors will be installed in the coming weeks. All the mechanical equipment has been installed in the mechanical penthouse. Hallway framing and suite framing continues and drywall installation on the second and third floors will soon commence. Inside the suites, the bathtubs are being installed, kitchens are being measured and the mechanical and electrical rough-ins have started. The elevators are being delivered and installation will commence shortly. Exterior waterproofing membrane installation for the facade will commence and brick work will follow.
The Terra building’s roof slab is complete and is now being prepped for waterproofing. Window installation has begun on the second and third floor while the windows for the fourth and fifth floor have been delivered. Windows for the Retail space are to be delivered this month. Inside the building, the hallways have been laid out and framing will commence shortly!
Over at Link 2, the Vert Building ground floor slab has been poured under the building. The exterior perimeter weepers are installed, waterproofing continues to progress and the backfill started on February 1. The ground floor decking will make its way from the Vert building to the courtyard area in the coming months!
