Welcome to all our new Link 2 Adi homeowners!
September is here and change is in the air… kids are on their way back to school and Fall is on its way! We have some exciting new updates to share with you about the Link 2 community.
The Vert building (C) is now fully occupied. Our Adi homeowners are enjoying a master-planned community unlike any other, where iconic design meets the stunning green vistas and hushed serenity of Bronte Provincial Park. Get ready for the colours of beautiful Fall foliage to shine through your windows – truly a magical time of year where nature gets showcased to the fullest.
We are nearing completion in the Solara building (B). The ground floor through the 4th floor have received their final coat of paint and the plank laminate floating floors have been installed. Painting is also complete on the 5th and 6th floors with flooring being installed later this week. Lastly, on the 6th floor, the kitchens are nearing completion and the finishing touches of the polished quartz countertops will complete the designer kitchen. Additionally, North side landscaping is commencing next week and will be completed by the end of the week.
There are some fantastic community events happening this month that are sure to become family traditions. For example, Bronte Creek Provincial Park is holding a Harvest Festival – complete with the most festive of all Fall activities including pumpkin carving, pony rides, apple cider and wagon rides on the weekend of September 22 – 23 from 10am – 4pm. Our Link Adi Homeowners are only minutes away from all this park has to offer.
