Exciting progress is happening at Realm, and we’re another step closer to bringing your future home to life!
Building D:
✔️ 7th-floor preparations are underway, and the 6th-floor structure is wrapping up!
✔️ Windows are nearly complete up to the 2nd floor, with the 3rd floor starting next week.
✔️ Critical building systems—such as heating, cooling, water, and electrical infrastructure—are being installed on the 4th floor.
Building C:
✔️ Preparation for the 4th floor is in motion.
✔️ 3rd-floor structure will be completed this week.

Parking Levels:
✔️ Mechanical piping & sprinklers are ongoing.
✔️ Electrical wiring is in progress.
✔️ HVAC ductwork is taking shape.
✔️ Block wall installation starting soon! These walls provide structural support, fire separation, and enclosure.
