Our dedicated construction team has been hard at work, and we are thrilled to announce several significant milestones achieved in recent weeks. Currently, we are in the process of forming the 20th floor, with preparations underway for the pouring process scheduled to commence next week. The anticipation builds as we bring this magnificent glass tower one floor closer to its completion.
In addition, we are pleased to report that the installation of windows on the 10th has commenced. These expansive windows not only fill each residence with an abundance of natural light but also provide breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, including the vibrant waterfront of Burlington.
Progress is also evident on the 7th floor, where the drywall framing is currently underway. This phase of construction marks an exciting milestone as the interior spaces begin to take shape.
Furthermore, we are delighted to share that the ground-floor lobby is undergoing a transformation of its own. The curtain wall installation is currently in progress, allowing natural light to flood the welcoming entrance area. Looking ahead, framing for the ground floor lobby will commence next month.
