We are pleased to announce that we have received a positive outcome from the City’s Section 43 Zoning Appeal which was filed after the Ontario Municipal Board granted the project the initial approval dating back to February of 2018. The board ruled unanimously in our favour, and the original board decision remains in full effect and that no further changes to the applications were required. Based on this approval, our teams are busy at work preparing to start construction. Demolition of the existing structure, as well as some preparatory work will begin in the New Year, with a full construction start anticipated for late spring.
