Construction at Link continues to move along with the site services complete, including the water mains and sewers for the entire site. The Link buildings are now 90% backfilled and Link 2 construction has begun.
The Natura building, located on the South West corner of the community has the 6th floor ready to receive concrete. Once the slab and walls are built to support the roof, we are ready for the final concrete pour. This is the last floor to be complete in the building, then it’s onto windows!
On the North East corner of the site, the Terra building has the 2-storey high columns in the retail space complete and the second floor ready to receive concrete. The building is starting to take shape and gain momentum.
Excavation for Link 2 has begun, which means we are making room for the building to grow and home owners will be choosing their finishes very soon. Stay tuned to hear from our designer extraordinaire Marlene Card!
The trades have been working hard this summer and before you know it, it will be moving day in Link Condos+Towns.
