Milestone by milestone, the Link community is progressing quickly. The main road of Sutton Drive will be taking shape in the coming weeks with the curbs to go along with it. Inside the construction site, the main gas line work is complete and Union Gas will be installing the meters.
The Natura building just had 5th floor windows installed while the 6th floor and retail windows are scheduled to be installed early December. With the exterior framing complete, the Blueskin installation will commence shortly; this waterproofs the building. Roofing has started, which means it’s time to start the interior of the building. Hallway framing has started guiding you to your suite which will begin framing in December. The fan coils for each suite have arrived on site and installation will commence this month; fan coils heat and cool your home. The elevators are scheduled to be delivered the second week of December and installation will begin shortly after.
The Terra building is the second building to be topped off! With the concrete root slab being poured mid December, the structure will be officially topped off. Window installation will begin in December, just in time for the holidays!
Over at Link 2, the Vert Building is starting to gain momentum. Decking has begun for the ground floor slab which will be ready to receive the concrete pour in early December. The exterior waterproofing and the weeping tiles for our luxury condos and townhomes are complete, which prevents any leakage within the building.
